Right of withdrawal for consumers
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his or her commercial nor to his or her independent professional activity.

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day,

• on the day on which you or a third person named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the calendar(s), if you have ordered one or more calendars as part of a single order and these are being delivered as a whole, or
• on the date on which you or a third person other than the carrier and designated by you took possession of the last calendar(s), if you ordered several calendars as part of a single order and they are delivered separately, or
• on the date on which you or a third person other than the carrier and indicated by you has taken possession of the last consignment or the last item, if you have ordered calendars to be delivered in several consignments or items, or
• the day on which you, or a third person other than the carrier and indicated by you, take possession of the first calendar, if you have concluded a contract for the regular delivery of calendars over a fixed period of time.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (pixel+bytes Steffen Grafe, Ragnitzstraße 16, 8047 Graz, Austria, telephone number: +43 664 195 61 00, e-mail address: kalender@kerle.at) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period.

Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged for this repayment.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the unopened calendar(s) back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the unopened calendar(s), whichever is the earlier.

You must return the unopened calendar(s) to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract or hand it over by prior arrangement. The deadline is met if you send the unopened calendar(s) before the end of the fourteen-day period.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the unopened calendar(s).

You are only liable for any loss in value of the calendar(s) if this loss in value is due to your handling the calendar(s) in a way that is not necessary for checking the condition, quality(s) and functionality of the calendar(s).
